Foundations Behavioral Health Services is a community-based behavioral health center serving Mercer County and surrounding areas. Established in 1975, Foundations has been providing professional counseling and support services to local residents for over 40 years. In 2012, the former Gateway Outreach Center merged with Foundations Behavioral Health, allowing us to offer a wide range of mental health and substance use disorder treatment.
The driver will transport agency clients to and from individual and group counseling, case management, and psychiatric appointments. The driver will maintain the vehicle log book with accurate recordings of all transportation services provided, with times and mileage readings.
This is a part-time position requiring great flexibility in hours. We anticipate this position to be 10-15 hours per week, primarily Tuesday – Thursday. Must be willing to work with clients from all walks of life.
Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent required; a current Ohio Driver’s License with no limitations, a clean driving record (as defined by agency) for the past three years, and certification in CPI, CPR and First Aid (obtained after hire.) Experience as a paid driver is preferred.
Starting salary is $10.00/hour. No additional benefits are offered.
